• Users may choose to purchase a paid “Feature Listing” for ₹49/- to increase their visibility to employers.

3. Employer Interaction

• Employers are not charged for listing jobs or hiring users.

• Employers have full discretion in selecting candidates.

• HireWFH.com does not participate in employer-employee agreements.

4. Feature Listing and Payments

• Feature Listing is an optional paid service, available for ₹49/- per listing.

• Payments made for Feature Listing are non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

• Users must submit refund requests within seven (7) days if applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

• HireWFH.com is not responsible for job outcomes, payments, or agreements between users and employers.

• We do not guarantee job offers or earnings.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

• We collect and handle user data as per our Privacy Policy.

• Third-party services, including Google Ads, Analytics, and AdSense, may collect user data.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate user accounts that violate our policies.
