1. General Refund Policy
• Payments for Feature Listing are non-refundable.
• Users acknowledge that purchasing a Feature Listing does not guarantee job placement.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
• Accidental payments.
• Duplicate payments.
• Payment made but Feature Listing service not activated due to technical errors.
3. Refund Request Process
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within seven (7) days of payment.
• Users must provide payment proof and transaction details.
4. Processing Time
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
